Policies for customer items brought in to be monogrammed:

  1. Monogrammed items are not returnable as they are custom made for you. Prior to placing your order, please ensure all personalization is correct. If you have any questions about an item, please let us know and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
  2. Paisley is not responsible for the effects of monogramming on particular fabrics due to machine default.
  3. If there is a mistake on paisley’s behalf, we will try our best to compensate the error.
